Once you place your order, our team will process it within 2-5 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated based on your shipping address and the size of the canvas you order. You will be able to view the final shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery times for international shipments vary based on your location. Typically, international orders will arrive within 10-15 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays.

Art Echo is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses. 8. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your canvas is securely packaged and delivered in perfect condition. However, in the event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact us at artechostore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
9. Signature Requirements
In some cases, especially for high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, please check with the carrier for instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your package.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at artechostore@gmail.com. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
